Delivery is in 24/48 hours to be calculated from the time the package leaves our warehouse (weekends and holidays excluded):

When the package is shipped from our warehouses, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number in order to possibly track the shipment itself.
Scarlet di Ligabue Federica, assumes no responsibility for errors by the buyer in indicating the address where to ship the purchased goods, as well as for errors, losses, delays and any other situation not directly dependent on the Seller.
For requests for insured shipping we will quantify the amount of insurance to be added to any shipping charges.
Shipping costs in Italy are entirely borne by Scarlet di Ligabue Federica, for orders over €100, except for Venice Lido calculated at the time of purchase.
For orders under €100, purchases of discounted merchandise (sales and/or promotions ), shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs in Europe, are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at the time of purchase.
If the addressee of the goods is absent at the time of delivery and/or due to failure to find the addressee’s address due to the Customer’s negligence, the order will be returned to the Seller’s warehouse and the purchase contract may be deemed to have been rescinded as of right, pursuant to and in accordance with Art. 1456 Civil Code.
The Seller will therefore proceed to refund the price, if any, already paid by the Customer, less the cost of the unsuccessful shipment, the cost of storage, the cost of returning the shipment to the Seller, and any other expenses that the Seller may have incurred because of the non-delivery due to the absence of the consignee.
The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated to the Customer by e-mail.
The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer who will have to ship it themselves, or we can send the courier and deduct the cost of shipping from the refund.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You have 10 days from the delivery date to make your return.
Purchased merchandise is subject to the possibility of return, number and/or model change, within 10 days from the date of delivery. All returns before being credited to the customer will be checked.
The goods will be inspected by the company and the return will be accepted only if the goods are in original condition without tampering, wear and tear, and fouls created by third parties.
The package must be repacked, including undamaged original packaging.
Refunds will be made within 10 business days after receipt of the return via bank transfer for domestic customers.

All changes are subject to stock availability.

Shipping of the product to be returned and/or returned is the responsibility of the customer, who ships independently, or we can send the courier and deduct the shipping cost from the refund.
